What Our Legal Framework Covers
p44 operates under a licence that defines where we can accept accounts and how those accounts are managed. In Pakistan, access is available in supported regions where local law permits. Your account is governed by the version of our terms in effect at the time you register — we publish any changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Deposits made
via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast are processed under the same terms as all other account funding methods. We do not hold payment data beyond the transaction period required for audit and dispute resolution. Disputes are handled through our internal process first; unresolved cases may be referred to the relevant regulatory body named in your jurisdiction-specific appendix.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
